  • Periodic inspections of the property.
  • 24 hour emergency answering service.
  • In depth computerized monthly financial statements for property.
  • Detailed annual statements for tax purposes and 1099.
  • OPTIONAL:
    a. Make monthly mortgage payment.
    b. Make association dues payment.
    c. Deposit monthly proceeds in local bank.
    d. Handle and coordinate insurance claims.

FEES:
Our competitive rates are based on a percentage of the rent collected. There is no setup or leasing fees and no commission is assessed until the tenant pays rent.
